1. Motor not moving or slow speed

耀彩网故障原因：一般是线路断路、电机烧损、停止按钮没复位、限位开关动作、负载较大等引起。

Cause of malfunction: Generally caused by circuit breaker, motor burnout, failure to reset stop button, limit switch action, high load, etc.

处理方法：检查线路、并接通；更换烧损电机；更换按钮或重复按动几次；拨动限位开关滑块使它脱离微动开关触点，并调整微动开关位置；检查机械部分有无卡阻，若有则卡阻清理障碍物。

Solution: Check the circuit and connect it; Replace the burnt out motor; Replace the button or press it repeatedly several times; Move the limit switch slider to detach it from the microswitch contacts and adjust the microswitch position; Check if there is any jamming in the mechanical part, and if there is, eliminate the jamming and clean the obstacles.

2、控制失效

故障发生的部位及原因：继电器（接触器）触点粘死、行程微动开关失效或触片变形、滑块紧定螺钉松、靠板螺丝松使靠板移位，使滑块或螺母不能随丝杆转动而移动、限位器传动齿轮破损、按钮上、下键卡死。

耀彩网The location and cause of the malfunction: the contact of the relay (contactor) is stuck, the travel micro switch is ineffective or the contact piece is deformed, the fastening screw of the slider is loose, and the screw of the support plate is loose, causing the support plate to shift, making the slider or nut unable to move with the screw rotation, the transmission gear of the limiter is damaged, and the up and down keys of the button are stuck.

耀彩网处理方法：更换继电器（接触器）；更换微动开关或触片；紧定滑块螺钉并使靠板复位；更换限位器传动齿轮；更换按钮。

Solution: Replace the relay (contactor); Replace the microswitch or contact pad; Tighten the slider screw and reset the support plate; Replace the transmission gear of the limiter; Replace the button.

3、手拉链不动

3. Hand zipper not moving

耀彩网故障原因：环形链条堵住十字槽；棘爪无脱离棘轮；压链架卡死。

处理方法：理顺环形链条；调整棘爪与压链架相对位置；更换或润滑销轴。

4、电机振动或噪声较大

4. Excessive motor vibration or noise

故障原因：刹车盘不平衡或断裂；刹车盘无紧固；轴承失油或失效；齿轮啮合不顺、失油或磨损严重；电机电流声或振动。

Cause of malfunction: Unbalanced or broken brake discs; The brake disc is not tightened; Loss of oil or failure of bearings; Uneven meshing, oil loss or severe wear of gears; Motor current sound or vibration.

处理方法：更换刹车盘或重新调整平衡；紧固刹车盘螺母；更换轴承；修配电机轴输出端齿轮、润滑或更换；检查电机，如电机坏损则更换。
